Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Authorization

By proceeding with this payment, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the card being used or have explicit permission from the cardholder to use it for this transaction.

2. Currency & Amount

All amounts are charged in AED. The amount displayed is final and inclusive of VAT. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are borne by the cardholder as per their bank/card issuer's policy.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Network International. Shredit Secure Document Shredding LLC does not store your card details; all card data is handled directly by the PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@shreditme.ae within 7 days from the transaction date.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days, subject to the cardholder's bank processing times.
• Refunds are only issued for service not rendered / duplicate charge / cancellation confirmation.
• Processing fees or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Failed / Disputed Transactions

In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but not confirmed, please contact accounts@shreditme.ae with your transaction reference. Investigation may take up to 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Shredit Secure Document Shredding LLC directly to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in service suspension or legal action.

7. Data Privacy & Security

Your payment information is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Shredit Secure Document Shredding LLC does not have access to or store full card numbers, CVV, or expiry dates.

8. Taxes

All applicable VAT (5% UAE VAT, where relevant) is included/added as shown on the invoice/payment page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Abu Dhabi courts.
